Information we process
If you contact LSG Labs, we process the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, professional email address, company, role and the content of your message. We do not ask for special-category personal data and ask that you do not send it through the website.
Why we use it
We use contact information to understand your enquiry, respond to it, assess a potential professional relationship and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where appropriate, the legitimate interest of responding to a professional enquiry and protecting the operation of the website.
Service providers and transfers
LSG Labs uses OVH for hosting and Cloudflare for DNS, proxy and security services. These providers may process limited technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, only to provide their services. The provider used for business email will be added here when the contact mailbox is configured.
Retention
Contact enquiries and the information associated with them are kept for 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. After that period, they are deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
